Mbiwallet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 User Eligibility

The mbiwallet platform is exclusively available to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and use of the platform.
• Reside in a region or country where access to this platform is permitted under local law.
• Never having been banned or blocked by mbiwallet for any reason previously.
• Act on your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity without MBIWallet's written authorisation.

MBIWallet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a user is found not to meet these eligibility requirements, the account may be terminated and any related balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

2 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mbiwallet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Update your personal information should any changes occur.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by the platform.
• Not using another person's name or identity during registration.

The KYC process requires valid identification documents such as a MyKad or passport. These documents are needed to ensure the security of your account and to comply with the platform's compliance requirements.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

MBIWallet supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in real time and credited directly to your account once confirmation is received.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
• Deposited funds must belong to the user — use of third-party cards or accounts without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• MBIWallet does not charge for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
• Bank account verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.
• MBIWallet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

MBIWallet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotional offer.

• Each user is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus only. Any attempt to claim this bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to other users or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the stipulated rollover requirements.
• MBIWallet reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse, fraud, or a breach of promotional terms is detected.
• The stated rollover requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time frame. Bonuses that are unused within that period will expire automatically.
• The platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.

5 Game Rules

All games on mbiwallet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party body to ensure the fairness and reliability of every game outcome.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• Any attempt to manipulate or hack the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure as well as legal action.
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, MBIWallet reserves the right to void or continue the relevant round based on available system records.
• Any wagers placed using bonus balance are subject to the wagering conditions associated with that bonus.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. MBIWallet recommends the following steps to keep your account protected:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum length of eight characters.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone, including MBIWallet staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

MBIWallet will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. All user data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption technology and our systems undergo regular security audits.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

MBIWallet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any suspected or confirmed illegal activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the case review is complete, provided there are no outstanding issues.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

The mbiwallet platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions. However, we are committed to maintaining 99.9% platform uptime and minimising any disruption to the user experience.

10 Terms Amendments and Applicable Laws

MBIWallet reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

• Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
